KRATUCARE Terms

These terms describe the general use context for KRATUCARE and its wearable safety, child tracking, live location, family alerting, and response-visibility workflows.

Use Of Service

KRATUCARE is intended for configured safety and care use cases such as family protection, child tracking, senior support, school visibility, and response coordination.

Users are responsible for providing accurate contact details, care-circle information, protected-person data, and onboarding information for their setup.

The person or organization operating a KRATUCARE setup is responsible for ensuring that the configured contacts and response participants are appropriate for the intended safety workflow.

Product Boundaries

KRATUCARE is designed to support faster coordination, live visibility, and escalation when an incident is unfolding. It does not promise that every alert will result in successful intervention, exact location accuracy, or responder availability in every environment.

Battery condition, device state, network coverage, environment, onboarding quality, and operator configuration can affect how the service performs in practice.

Emergency Services Notice

KRATUCARE supports safety workflows but does not replace local emergency services, clinical judgment, or public emergency infrastructure.

Users should still contact local emergency services directly whenever immediate medical, police, fire, or other urgent intervention is required.

Appropriate Use

Users should operate KRATUCARE for lawful, authorized, and disclosed safety purposes only.

The product should not be used to covertly monitor people who have not been properly informed where disclosure, authorization, or consent is required by the applicable use case or local law.

Organizations deploying KRATUCARE are responsible for their own internal policies, notices, and operating procedures.
