KRATUCARE Data Privacy

KRATUCARE handles safety data with a focus on minimum necessary access, approved visibility, and protected response workflows.

What We Process

Depending on the configured use case, KRATUCARE may process contact names, phone numbers, email addresses, emergency contacts, care-circle assignments, alert timestamps, band-linked event status, and live or last-known location data.

For child-tracking or family-safety setups, KRATUCARE may also process safe-zone context, school or commute visibility, and acknowledgement or response-status updates from approved participants.

We process this information to help families, caregivers, schools, and response teams act during a live incident and to keep the response path visible while the event is active.

Why We Use It

We use submitted information to configure the safety workflow, connect the right contacts to the right person, and determine who should receive alerts, location updates, and incident visibility.

We use incident and location data to verify that an alert is moving through the configured response flow, to show status to approved participants, and to support care handoff if the situation escalates.

KRATUCARE is not a public social product. Safety data is handled in the context of care, protection, and emergency coordination only.

Access And Sharing

Access should be limited to approved family members, caregivers, school operators, or response personnel who are part of a configured KRATUCARE workflow.

We do not describe KRATUCARE as a public location-broadcast tool. Location, alert, and incident data should only be shared with participants who need it for safety, care, or response.

Where operationally necessary, incident information may be shown to a trained response team so the team can act with better context and family visibility.

Retention And Safety

We aim to keep data only as long as required to operate the configured service, maintain necessary records, support active safety workflows, and resolve support or compliance questions.

KRATUCARE uses controlled onboarding and closed response visibility as part of its product design. Even so, no connected system should be described as risk-free, and users should provide only the information necessary for the intended setup.
